    (1)基于癌症恶液质的病理模型,阐明脂肪组织内免疫-神经-代谢失调打破了组织稳态,引起脂肪组织内β-肾上腺素能信号通路的激活,促进脂解增加和脂肪褐化,出现脂肪异位沉积,诱发并参与恶液质的发生。An immune-sympathetic neuron communication axis guides adipose tissue browning in cancer-associated cachexia. PNAS, 2022, 119(9): e2112840119.
    (2)基于多种原代细胞和肿瘤细胞模型,明确了三酰甘油分解代谢对细胞增殖的抑制作用,增加关键限速酶ATGL的表达/活性升高了脂质氧化作用并抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖。Adipose triglyceride lipase activity regulates cancer cell proliferation via AMP-kinase and mTOR signaling, Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA)-Molecular and Cell Biology of Lipids, 2020, 1865(9):158737.
