3、代表性科研成果
(1)利用硼亲和特性,制备和筛选用于样品选择性/特异性识别和吸附的新型材料,并将其与毛细管电泳和质谱等分析仪器相结合,发展出高效的联用分析方法。未来将继续深入研究亲和材料,同时结合纳米技术,发展能够专一、灵敏检测疾病标志物的分析方法。
(2)基于纤维素的吸附剂具有可生物降解、可再生、价格低廉、生物相容、环保,以及在大多数有机溶剂中高度稳定的优势。在温和的反应条件下,将纤维素与双丙烯酰胺交联,可以制备酰胺功能化的纤维素多孔材料,能够有效提高对重金属和色素的吸附容量,在样品前处理和工业废水净化等方面具有应用潜力。
